location right at highway, clean big room, good pool /spa area

not sure if location of our spa bath suite was too close to pool so constant running feet, screaming and doors

what we needed very clean was above and beyond what we expected even had robes in it and the spa bath was amazing

breakfast was really good, the rooms were clean and the kids loved the pool

within walking distance to the mall, casino and the roughriders free shuttle bus

unfortunately i didn't make it down in time for the continental breakfast so it was pretty much gone

got room service and the server who brought it to my room decided to add an extra tip for himself

i asked about the spa at reception and she basically told me to figure it out myself

don't use the spa services, pedicure was terrible for the money paid!

pet fee was higher than any other motel/hotel we've stayed at during our travels across canada

we ordered room service and were surprised when we had to leave a message

everything is there your stay, shopping, casino, all in one, that's awesome

we took advantage of some of the services offered in the attached damara spa which were also excellent

the rooms were well appointed and spacious, the decor and ambience was lovely, the service at the front desk

not impressed with the spa, it is lovely and the staff are friendly but the massage services were sub-par (felt

room was clean and pool and spa were nice.

fridge froze food, could not see a setting. hot tub/spa was cold, same temp as pool.

didn t let us know the spa was down for maintenance

pet policy was very threatening

the couch and living room area with bar fridge and microwave was also a nice bonus that came in handy
