very convenient for jfk airport, the free shuttle is reliable, front desk staff are helpful and wifi is

the hall ways were very noisey with kids an adults running around

room had bed bugs, my kids got bite up i got bite up

the hotel was decent, it has gym facility, complementary water and 24/7 service from hotel to the airport

loved the gym and location as i was flying out of laguardia

my flight leaving was 7 pm and so i requested a late check out and the let me check out at 1

the pool was great and the spa facilities were very nice a good location with accessible transportation

we didn't get to use the room service but it was very

sheets, stains on the blanket, the moldy ceiling that was coming apart, no television remote or wifi access,

was in poor condition room was not clean up or change sheets next day after requesting front desk room service

i stayed in had a busted door knob to bathroom, but the room service cleaning staff was excellent, diligent and

the very first-morning room service came and we advise we don't need anyone

the carpet was dirty. room service will not change towel if it s not thrown on the floor.

i was only there for one night so i didn t get to joy the pool or even see it

great rooms if you got assigned a regular one. restaurant food was lovely. shuttle worked well.

had a terrible day with the flight delays but they were waiting on her at the airport with the shuttle and after

the excess toiletries especially the big bottles of spa body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathtub area

the pool and spa area could have been open a little later.

gym is amazing and the pool is excellent as well
