the ability to swim and relax in the spa area after a long train trip

the pool and spa area was really nice.

the staff treats you like royalty, the spa and pool was surprisingly stylish/beautiful, big, clean, perfection

i enjoyed the pool, spa and sauna to relax my body after a long week of rigorous work schedule.

a sauna/spa was advertised yet what they offer as a sauna/spa left much to be desired

was all ways clean the staff them is very friendly and helpful to myself and kids this is my second time here

have not enough closet space for someone traveling with kids and on vacations also the pool it’s not open and

would love access to room service

nice gym, restaurant, views, rooms, and an incredible winter spa outdoor sauna experience

didn't like paying for the spa and gym service which we didn't use

spa staff definitely need training / management. breakfast options are underwhelming.

laundry service was limited as hotel was using it when we wanted to use it and shuttle service

spa was not up and working, no gym

nothing in the apps nor their website or even the hotel lobby is telling me that the spa is closed nor where

the hotel had opened only about 6-8 months before, they had not yet completed the spa or workout room

sad that the spa was not open

this is just a very nice hotel. the gym/spa was great! lots of nice places to eat in the area.
