was clean spa was broke for the 4 days the help didn t understand english wont stay there

was good view was good , parking was easy and accessible, it was close to alot of things for the kids to do and

the only complaint we have is the parking

this is at best a one star resort but has a 4 star spa. spa was awesome.

full 2 bed/2 bath apartment with full kitchen and high ceilings was a grest fit for our family.

not everyone likes light yogurt and the cereals seemed to be geared more towards kids

advertised that hotel had a hot tub spa but did not.

phones didn t work so we couldn t use room service and when we called with our cell phones to the lobby it

wanted to order room service at 10.15 (supposed to be available till 11pm) and it had closed.

had to wait for laundry to be done before we received and additional towels had to pay for self

they also have great spa type toiletries

excellent gym with showers/sauna/lockers

wonderful views of the bay quite location despite that airport is very close good variety for breakfast

nicer pool area with a pool bar would really be all this facility needs to be a complete 4 star
