eventually turned out to be a false alarm, leaving the kids hysteric, s compensation was not even suggested

there were no vending machines. yes there s room service but i wanted a coke.

the panoramic views on the pool deck are blocked by trees and foliage

had personalized massage at the spa across the street at jw, except it wasn t personalized because it felt

disappointed had to pay for wifi so didn't use it

the third floor pool deck provided a superb view of the waterways

prices at the gift store were a bit too high, wifi should be included at this rate

the hotel staff upgraded me to a king spa room that had a huge tub looking out on floor to ceiling windows over

wifi is not free unless you are a bonvoy member

when we did order room service from the third option, there was a hair in my food and the tomatoes were mushy

we also saw a lot of young kids dressed like they re going to a ball
