the hotel's gym is in a room on the first floor and barely has any equipment, not even air conditioning

spa needs repairs

we waited 10 minutes in the bar one evening and no staff turned up to serve us so we left

wifi did not always work.

there are a small pool and a gym, a nice lobby

huge free parking, warm room, good sized room and most importantly, excellent wifi

wanted laundry doing, but with only staying one night was told it wasn't possible.

very clean, good bed, nice bed sheets. wifi fine. bit outdated, but very good value for money.

we were treated so well by staff. the spa was amazing and dinner was delicious.

to the balenario real spa was easy and we loved our hours spent in the various oils, saunas etc
