there were many kids who were unruly, noisy, jumping in, with pool toys but nobody said anything even though

great there were laundry facilities but the dryer took my money and didn t work

of the old staff was rude, wifi didn t work, didn t bother to register us for breakfast other staffs were

i wish the tiki bar was open but i understand why. other than that, everything was great.

parking was a lil distance from hotel and also very creepy at night very dark cant see the deers in

the best part about our stay was the spa

everything was nice and quite and alot to do. the spa is 10

didn't eat the food but i definitely would like to try the restaurant and spa during my visit in 2 weeks

the indoor pool and fitness center are excellent, and the spa makes it easy to unwind after a long day

we really appreciated the overall atmosphere the bar was great with a fantastic bartender and excellent

however, room service checked if i'm still there for a couple of times after 10am even i still had 2 hours

the only thing missing was room service. i hope it returns.

the location does not have a spa as currently indicated on website.

breakfast would be nice need more gym equipment especially another exercise bike

cleanliness. peacefulness. lots of outlets to charge electronics. good wifi.

there was a fraternity party going in the ballroom & many of the kids at the party thought it was funny to go

pool can get crowded at times with kids splashing and taking over most of the pool

and i had read there was a restaurant, u was happy until i found it more like a cafeteria with a bar

everything you would need for a family. excellent breakfast. very helpful staff.

on criticism is the free breakfast is boring, predictable, and disappointing

did not like having to turn on the master switch in the kitchen in order to turn the lights on in the bathroom

we have 4 kids and 2 adults and we got no clean towels and the garbage wasn't emptied

there were 3 staff (2 front desk, 1 wait/room service) who were genuinely friendly and helpful, but nothing

that the bar and restaurant were only open from 6-10

my kids had a great time in the pool

the pet fee is ridiculously high

should have laundry in each floor since there are regular family that seem to live there

very good changing. before this hotel was poor. now hooters inside. bar is great

working laundry, fridge too compact; no vending machines & front desk kiosk seemed too pricey

i like that there was a spa tub and the room was spacious

walk from the 3rd floor to the main part where breakfast and pool/spa is, was crappy because it s outside and

spa tub in the room was nice but the first time using it there was brown stuff coming out of the

pool is not heated, spa is not heated and there is no interior connection between the building where the pool

some rooms have spa tubs in them
