the spa and the pool were super nice

the spa was like heaven on a cloud high above the city

the food is fantastic; the pool, spa, rooms, gym all fantastic

but of course the gem is the giant gym with fascinating views over the river - a dream place to exercise

do not consume the alcoholic mini bar items

it is fully equipped with free weights, cardio equipment, lap pool and hot/cold plunges

the room was beautiful, the spa and services were wonderful, and the staff was excellent.

this hotel is pet friendly, so you can meet few dogs around lobby or lift..

maybe offer a discount to those staying to the spa

i can t wait to stay longer and use the spa and more services the hotel offers

amazing views. loved the rooftop pool. was a treat to have a spa too.

gym is pathetic for a 5 star hotel with a spa, and it belongs in a best western

when asking about the slippers for the spa nothing arrived despite chasing

the spa was very disappointing because you had to walk into the public area in your robe, and it was

specifically wanted a hotel with a pool

kids could not use the poor because it's a private club and only has certain days of the week the

this hotel because it had a pool and so i could take my kids to the pool

hotel staff are very nice and even allowed us for a late check out

especially from events on the 12th floor poor room service slow check in and check out

my kids could only stay for 30 minutes before they started to cough, and their eyes were bright red

we asked for an extra blanket or duvet for the bed, room service did not react

common spaces are a bit outdated, the bar service wasn t nice, and the pool was closed for covid reasons

the bar and restaurant were also excellent

the lobby has many choices of cosy areas to sit with friends along with bar and eating areas

needs a locker room for the gym / sauna

parking situation small room bright light comes through glass bathroom window and glass door- light

was a little far from public transportation & the poolside service was a bit hit & miss (tho the bar is close

also they need a better pool set up

really enjoyed the sweet pool & excellent in-house restaurant (which is very popular so get a res)

the sauna and spa area has no lockers to store your stuff while in

the pet fee was a bit more then i 've paid for but still worth the stay.
