breakfast was good i also enjoyed sitting by the pool

shower with 2 shower heads, spa tub that comfortably fits 2 people, fire place, fun big round bed

size - the room (king w/ spa tub) is nicely laid out, plenty of space

parking was ample and convenient

s a sold out weekend the parking is limited so parking out back by the dumpster can be an adventure

was kinda green looking, ice cold, & there was so much chlorine in it that the kids couldn t comfortable swim

the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was awesome

location, breakfast included and a very good variety of food

the addition of the waffle option during breakfast was a plus

people talking in the hallway, kids screaming down the hall and footsteps above us

the sauna and spa area has no lockers to store your stuff while in

we weren't there long enough to use the gym, pool, etc

kids running around lobby with no staff addressing them or their parents.

on top of that all night we had terrible noises coming from above sounding like a laundry machine

service was awesome, room was beautiful, bed was comfy, parking was free, area was perfect.

the gym is snug but in line with the size of the property

unfortunately it was raining when we stayed so we were unable to use the pool

also they need a better pool set up

was lovely, the food and drinks at the restaurant, the room service for a delicious breakfast in the morning

drinks in bar weren't the best

we asked for an extra blanket or duvet for the bed, room service did not react

traveled with three kids (3-10) and liked just about everything

friendly staff. clean rooms and excellent fitness/spa services.

the spa was a great experience

the room was beautiful, the spa and services were wonderful, and the staff was excellent.

they weren't allowing late check out and the best thing about a vacation is sleeping in.

2 extra towels in the room.....after my spa treatment

the pool was under repair.

room was supposedly cleaned as all rooms are expected to be however there were a little kids underwear on our

location, cleanliness, gym/pool and bowling.

the bar tenders were great
