tried to use the spa to get a massage

the spa staff was rude and had zero consistency among staff.

the warm spa wasn't functioning properly & generally feel the service & experience didn't live up to past

reception had confirmed earlier that we could use showers in the spa but spa staff refused - poor communication

location, excellent pool location for adults to retreat to, after an exhausting morning in the parks

hotel is a little loud and there's no spa on

spa was in the hotel across the street, but is was a quick walk and had great views

was small they say it has spa - but i wouldn t call it a spa more like two tiny pools with bubbles food was

great bed, pool, spa and the best of is that it is inside of universal and the fast pass.

t love there wasn t a mini bar in the room and the sushi bar is not authentic and long wait for food

paid alot of money for a king suite room 2600, the room is located next door to the laundry so every day and

hated having a room next to the guest laundry. very noisy when trying to sleep.

s just unfortunate that they didn t have a spa on the property, i have to go to their partner resort

pool area and slide were fun-- rooms were nice

everything you need is there, rooms great, pool great, cafe great, bar great, staff great

is perfectly central, hotel immaculate, fantastic room service with such comfortable beds

wifi was terrible

the gym was under renovation and the breakfast was not as good as the ones at residence inns usually

we cant use the pool past 11

the pool claims it is heated but the water was freezing

no one clean my room for tome came til leave not clean laundry no trash thrown out

rooms were a great size and being pet friendly was an added plus

have a shuttle that took us to and picked us up from concert

great gym and a warm and friendly staff.

in room laundry was a nice idea, but it was loud and neighbors upstairs ran theirs at midnight

wish they could provide room service then it would have been even better

only one swimming pool, but plenty of other activities for kids.
