friendly, plush bed and pillows, bar and grill, room service

no restaurants were open. had room service for dinner and it was great.

there wasn't room service but i understand due to covid

i enjoyed how pleasant room service was and enjoyed the shuttle

the breakfast was delicious, with every nourishing food imaginable

overall property very nice and staff great. early check in was great and smooth.

the bar and restaurant were excellent, but closed too early. that's the only complaint i have

was very poor quality, room and facilities outdated, broken equipment in a vey basic gym

loved the breakfast

we extended for another night, just for us to enjoy more the swimming pool

there were people outside the room in the parking lot and area outside lobby door all night long

beautiful grounds, charmingly decorated, pool surrounded by gorgeous tall trees.

extensive onset activities for a family of four. pool, ping pong, fire pit, restaurant etc

wifi was not working half the time

indoor pool they don't promote that it's not heated and very cold, too cold to swim in with young kids

breakfast was great and yummy

for parking in there own garage, also there was some sort of conference with kids so the place was packed, i

the pool is a great size for my kids to go swimming

also, room service was good but they had so much extra dinnerware

the spa was not clean pool had to many bugs

the breakfast was great and the pool and spa was very relaxing.

large rooms with 2 separate beds, nice big shower, had ample parking

desk person always out smoking, entire place smelled overly of air freshener, breakfast was terrible, bathroom

very nice breakfast in the morning, easy checkout

pet friendly and very convenient.

said it was pet friendly ($75 fee) but no place nearby to walk the dog

not really a complaint but the food at the bar ended at 11pm which doesn't help people that want to have drinks

we checked in with our dog and no one at the front desk mentioned the pet policy or tried to explain the rules

pillows very comfortable breakfast excellent front desk and shuttle were very helpful -excellent bar was top

the spa is an absolute plus

hotel & spa in a nice location, great amenities and services available

hotel suites & spa several times and have never been disappointed

the spa services were also on point and reasonably priced

staff is very friendly and free shuttle service around the site and to and from the parking while there is no

location, being right on the lake with so many amenities, from lake activities, to saunas, to a pool and tennis

we thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, including kayaking, the sauna, and the swimming pool
