pool area was freezing due to outside door being left propped open by staff

out in the hall by our room there was a tray of food that someone had ordered from room service that was sitting

i tried to take the free wifi, nothing happened

breakfast was delicious

for parking in there own garage, also there was some sort of conference with kids so the place was packed, i

the breakfast was great and the pool and spa was very relaxing.

the spa was not clean pool had to many bugs

parking lot at night had groups of people smoking weed both nights i was there

desk person always out smoking, entire place smelled overly of air freshener, breakfast was terrible, bathroom

happened to be a youth convention with 150 adolescents, and i was given a room on a floor without kids

it would have been great to at least have room

a good place to stay especially during the beginning of university when parents sending their kids to move in

great free breakfast, great early check in, great late check out, great tv, great shower.

didn't bring a bathing suit but if i had we would have used the pool area

for the money you pay here, you'll get somewhere with a mini bar and room service

also disappointed that the spa and library were closed due to covid

restaurant menu could have had a few more simple options, like kids foods

was clean and comfortable and the food in twiggs (the bar restaurant upstairs) was terrific
