thing was we wished the restaurant stayed open longer for breakfast by the time we woke up it was already

skilled at efficiently handling any questions or concerns (i had not booked the room option e the breakfast as

we checked in with our dog and no one at the front desk mentioned the pet policy or tried to explain the rules

that the spa and fitness center wasn t open.

wifi did not always work

the wifi is horrible

very pretty grounds, interior. comfortable, clean. excellent breakfast. good location.

pool closes too early at night.

the only problem we had was that the wifi was very weak and pretty much useless.

facilities were above average, except gym

service was good and the gym was a nice bonus

restaurant menu could have had a few more simple options, like kids foods

was very poor quality, room and facilities outdated, broken equipment in a vey basic gym

the indoor pool and hot tub were fabulous

was clean and comfortable and the food in twiggs (the bar restaurant upstairs) was terrific

pool/spa area was moldy, esp by spa. our room was kind of noisy from traffic on highway.

pool was not heated and not inviting with children splashing and screaming. spa out of order.

surveillance of the large parking lot might be be better (a car was broken into overnight and the driver told

only the bar area open for meals which were not great..disappointed

friendly, plush bed and pillows, bar and grill, room service

room service was quiet and unobtrusive

very happy restaurant and bar was open

the early morning room service delivery man is excellent.

no free breakfast for the kids.

the swimming pool was open during this corona virus felt good getting in a pool for the summer!

location, pool, close to shopping and several dining options. nice, cleam and quiet rooms.

usually are very friendly and enjoy making friends at the pool

everything pool people location over all beautiful place going back very soon

had the window open and was facing the parking and some cars started up really early and i was not wanting to

good customer service clean room, clean towels, and clean bed linens :) parking breakfast started early

he walks around in the parking lot, or the hallway, when he sees me, he asked if i was checking out
