left early from the room, was the worst hotel i have stayed at, the spa was brown water, the pool was yellow

room, comfortable bed, cheerful staff, pool, plenty of monitored parking, convenient location

great location, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, good value

to call down to the front desk to get the code for wifi when usually you can find it on your key card envelope

fact that it was not communicated that the spa was closed

the restaurant could have had other seating options other bar for dinner.

the experience is affected when it looks like the bar

at the property they said the room would be ready at 12 for early check in

i really liked the room and the pool.

the prices of the spa are very high, however, and that might deserve a second look

like a resort as you have multiple restaurants to choose from, beautiful grounds, a glorious spa and fabulous

the spa is top notch also the pool is great

sauna and hot tub were only accessible if you purchased a spa service.

the spa and restaurant was not open so we had to leave the property

i thought that the hotel had a spa & there wasn't

i specifically booked this hotel because it had advertised it had a gym, pool and most importantly a shuttle

mother was in a wheelchair and the shuttle driver did not have a vehicle to accommodate her

rooms are very large and have a separate sitting/tv area with wet bar and refrigerator

due to covid19 and there was no room service, i felt as it was not provide me with enough of towel and face wash

pool was closed b/c of maintenance but they extended our check out time for the next day so the kids had time

the spa was not working and the

breakfast was bad; pool and spa not great

parking lot was not plowed very well and made the transition with the walker very difficult

another plus is that the hotel is pet friendly and the first floor is dedicated to pet parents and their pet

the shuttle pick up from the airport has been my favorite
