left early from the room, was the worst hotel i have stayed at, the spa was brown water, the pool was yellow

great location, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, good value

to call down to the front desk to get the code for wifi when usually you can find it on your key card envelope

the spa and restaurant was not open so we had to leave the property

the spa is top notch also the pool is great

like a resort as you have multiple restaurants to choose from, beautiful grounds, a glorious spa and fabulous

the prices of the spa are very high, however, and that might deserve a second look

sauna and hot tub were only accessible if you purchased a spa service.

they did require reservations for use of the gym, pool and restaurant, which gave me a sense of security

no little shop, mini bar in room, or vending

whatever laundry detergent you use made me itchy all night

parking lot extremely messy

be helpful to have a change machine in laundry room for quarters needed to run laundry appliance

some people were lounging in the parking lot and we did

we need a warm breakfast

spa does not work pool too much chemical used inside caper no cleaning disappointed small room

tub/ spa room was uncared for

booked here for the value, pet-friendly and shuttle to the airport, on two occasions the staff went above and

parking lot was very full. hard to find a spot
