laptop couldnt connect to wifi

having a nice large suite for my husband and son, very spacious, glad there was a gym and washer/dryer

dale in the spa gave the best facial ever! wonderful.

extra touches / amenities (fireplace, balcony, cookies, spa robes, coffee machine in room) were appreciated

was fine; interesting, new design; pool and spa facilities seemed good but we did not use them

the heated pool was great

the 'gym' was a small room with a few machines (not even one treadmill)

room location and spa amenities were sparse

it can be a little pricey. the spa is fantastic but a little high end.

everything was great in the room, spa and restaurant. very attentive staff

and accommodating, from the valet staff to the front desk to restaurant staff through to the spa therapists

right on the water pool indoor/outdoor spa tub complimentary movie sauna large room with all the

outdoor heated pool and hot tub. also room had a spa tub view from room was beautiful.

wellington has been our spot for years starting with little kids and now continuing with kids that span age 11

super large condo , kitchen, living room worked out great for a small party

parking i could not get a spot near our building

no wifi. even our phones didn t work well inside our rental.

construction was going on. spa tub needed bleaching.

suite was clean, kitchen had enough utensils and necessary items (corkscrew, dishes, glasses, etc)

the parking spot we were assigned was very tight

was some confusion over the parking space assigned to us was also assigned to another guest so we used a spare

there was a good amount of free parking within the boundary of the facility, which is unusual for in-town

also spa services on the premises

the spa services were excellent

wish we could have stayed longer and taken advantage of the spa and steam

the spa was excellent and the restaurants were wonderful

oh and the spa is amazing

this one mostly because it was beautiful, the bathroom is not huge, but i wasn t looking for a spa just a

wasn t at all luxurious as i imagined a spa hotel would be

the double beds were smaller even for the share of 2 kids. can be more comfortable.

excellent location on the historic water front! nice back lawn area to enjoy with kids.

they could have a few more seats around the pool, but the spa area is clean and welcoming

- champagne welcome a nice touch -the room was chic and had incredibly high ceilings - the spa pool was heated

only elevator to room was a service elevator that regularly opened into kitchen

lack of 24hours in room dining and bar service.

very complicated and we had to get the room service to come up to stevie up the first night

spa was amazing and staff was courteous and kind

we enjoyed the spa and they were great with my 7 year old daughter who enjoyed a mani/pedi while i had a massage

really nice hotel, clean, relaxing spa and swimming pool and well located.

it was drafty, both in the bar and in the restaurant

pool and spa were very clean

good location with good facilities. pool, spa and sauna. close by shops and pharmacies.

the hot tub/spa was under construction in the pool area and didn t look good

coffee was good but don't eat a lot for breakfast so breakfast bar was

great pool area for kids. easy check in. room was ready when we arrived. will stay here again.
