pool was small and crowded

kitchenette location beds are. very comfortable room was very clean and roomy wi-fi works well

the location was really not great just in a big parking lot with highway surrounding it

they had variety of options for breakfast (sausage on biscuit sandwich, scones, make your own waffle, etc), we

were apparently 2 groups of kids staying that night

laptop couldnt connect to wifi

having a nice large suite for my husband and son, very spacious, glad there was a gym and washer/dryer

room service food was yummy

i did not like that on our last day no room service was received and or done.

for conference i was attending room service person helped me figure out why tv wasn t working because i d

renovated, quick room service, friendly and efficient staff, clean hotel and rooms, good amenities, local to

plenty of parking everywhere

extra touches / amenities (fireplace, balcony, cookies, spa robes, coffee machine in room) were appreciated

dale in the spa gave the best facial ever! wonderful.

was fine; interesting, new design; pool and spa facilities seemed good but we did not use them

and there's a heated pool and sauna available for winter stays

they have a heated out door pool and adjacent sauna open all year and a great in-house restaurant and they

styled nicely with a spa like bathroom the room still felt a bit depressing with all the grey

room was great, bar terrific. everything was to my liking except the bathroom sink.

view and atmosphere in bar and on deck and lounge is relaxing

hotel was beautiful. great location. everyone was pleasant. would like room service tho
