used all the spa facilities which are fantastic

the hotel also offers access to spa and leisure facilities

the breakfast was delicious, all in all a lush cosy experience - would highly recommend

donnie on the concierge team was really helpful moving our car in and out of the car park spa was a lovely

the pool and spa were great and had baby changing so our 4 month old could swim too

we used the spa which only has a pool and sauna room a steam room would be a great addition but either was

didn't know there was a large indoor pool/sauna/spa when i booked, and they were wonderful

know that dining facilities are limited with the pandemic but the choice at breakfast for room service ( as no

wifi was slow, our room was very warm for some reasons even though the heating was turned off.

we received a 'free' upgrade to accommodate for our pet dog upon arrival

we were given a room for disabled. no early check in and late check out.

were alerted to renovations taking place at the hotel which included changes to the lobby, gym and laundry

floors is hard to get hot water running (at least in november), however you can always use the spa facilities

spa could maybe do with a little bit of work but still not a bad word to say about our stay

if the spa had opened a little earlier in the morning.

more's the pity we had no time for the spa and afternoon tea - but we will definitely be back to try

our room was so big and thought of everything the hotel service was amazing we used the spa facilities which

the rooms were outstanding and the spa and treatments were fantastic

expected a spa pool and facilities and got disappointed when we learned it was only massages and beauty

we didn t use the spa but it looked so nice and again the staff very friendly

that i did not like, however, it is good to note that gleneagles townhouse does not have vast spa facilities

time visiting and still yet to get a spa appointment despite numerous requests up to 6 weeks in
