spa needs to be updated

the spa experience was just lovely and exactly what i needed

the spa is a pleasant diversion

fire pit next to room. spa services were wonderful.

stayed at gold cottages which was right by indoor pool and tennis courts which was what we wanted

pool and spa were open at 8am closed at 10pm

nice exercise facility with pool/spa and the breakfast was ok

very courteous staff, quiet and comfortable room, late check out and 24/7 check in

was stated it had shuttle from airport, but that was not the case.

need to update they don t have a pool and that if you book a queen you re going to get a full, if you book

good complimentary breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable and spacious king room with sofa

location close to bart and airport. comfortable mattress. clean. free wifi. fridge in room.

the gym is quite small and a bit small

only thing i couldn't find was the spa /sauna. it wasn't where the map said it was.

i would like to mention ken in particular who helped us to get our laundry done

was clean in the parking lot and as you walked into the hotel

son was looking forward to working out in the fact that the gym wasn t working made him sad but luckily the

but why would you let someone have a late check out at 4pm when the room was occupied starting at 3pm, check

exceeded my expectations, exceeded 4 star rating. excellent restaurant and room service

in any other setting, like a spa or a hospital, this would amount to negligence

very clean, modern hotel with a nice gym. close to the airport which is why we had chosen it.

what kind of big hotel has a spa that has only an occupancy of 4 people

all is good. enjoyed the pool .oh the blower in the spa would not work.

also, we did not like that we could not use the pool in the afternoons due to the swim classes going on

hotel because it had free airport shuttles every half hour to and from sfo, my son wanted to a gym, and it was

pool was tiny and spa not in use, the buffet breakfast was way too expensive for us all,and no info was given

the quality of pool/spa water didn't seem to be very good

i wish there is hot spa tub in swimming pool

the pool was warm and we loved the outside area perfect for a walk or run

unless asked and had to ask for more towels often; had to pay for parking; had to reserve for the gym but i

they have a few spa upcoming renovations that there soon started

received a smoking room which was okay, but it was nasty; the walls had old cigarette smoke on it , i had to
