the pool needed to be heated as well as the pool room itself for the colder days.

the pool and spa was still not open
it advertised a spa area but the door was locked and sealed up
the gym/spa was limited and the sauna was not hot.
steam room was not hot and offered little privacy. room service fees were outrageous.
the shuttle drive to the airport was amazing!

breakfast was changed due to covid-19,while i understand why it still sucked.
the staff are great. the room was very clean and smelled fresh. nice variety for breakfast.
the bananas at breakfast were grey (lol).

and the door frame so can tell the door wasnt on correctly which is also unsafe the whirl pool spa was broken

the laundry area was out of order. i had to use the laundry facility at a property next door.

staff that was at the front deck at 11:00pm she was not nice to my kids at all we needed a maintenence man to
location, modern, friendly and great gym.
there was no room service, no housekeeping, no shuttle, no gym
being pet friendly, there could be a green space for the fur babies to go potty.
