the breakfast was also a nice mix of hot and cold foods with a great variety

a bit noisy on the weekend due to the number of pets staying at this property

the pool and spa was still not open

it advertised a spa area but the door was locked and sealed up

the gym/spa was limited and the sauna was not hot.

steam room was not hot and offered little privacy. room service fees were outrageous.

the shuttle drive to the airport was amazing!

and the door frame so can tell the door wasnt on correctly which is also unsafe the whirl pool spa was broken

booked this hotel specifically because it had a spa

the laundry area was out of order. i had to use the laundry facility at a property next door.

the friendliness of some front desk staff. no trash bags in rooms or laundry bags. thin walls

like to have breakfast be available later than 9 am

we arrived for hockey tournament it would have been nice if there was a hot tub vs just a pool

breakfast was changed due to covid-19,while i understand why it still sucked.

i loved the well stocked kitchen with plates, pots, pans and all needed equipment for extended stay

we even left early before breakfast the staff person that morning gave us a couple muffins to go
