everything was spot on but maybe the spa could stay open longer?

so much a didn't like, but that whilst it says guests can use the spa and fitness facilities it isn't clear that

spa was just perfect just what was needed for a relaxing weekend break

if we wanted to use the spa or swining pool to just ask a member of staff

changing area and toilets in spa area very disappointing, dirty and cold

the room was comfortable and quiet, good gym and spa facilities and the staff were pleasant

very nice, everything you needed, used the spa facilities for massage etc all excellent

i loved the free parking, spa access, super friendly staff, refurbished bar area and even the takeaway breakfast

given a very personal tour, taking us around the whole complex, showing us the quiet room and the spa areas

is a spa , so you need to be mindful that food available onsite is healthy
