was no spa for beauty treatments and the pool was smaller than other hotels we've stayed in

good spa facilities and lovely buffet breakfast

the addition of a spa or swimming pool would have made the experience more worthwhile

difficulty getting access to wifi

the ev charger was not working hence we had to go to another place to charge the car which delayed our

maybe a bar or food facilities, i know the hotel was going through refurbishment

convenient location, quiet rooms, nice bar area,

location for what i needed, good communication, friendly staff, adequate wifi, extra pillows, comfy beds, free

clean .comfortable ,staff,food,parking.

clean rooms helpfully staff ample parking and a minutes walk from the town centre

everything was spot on but maybe the spa could stay open longer?

it was also a nice place to relax as a couple and use the facilities (sauna/spa etc)

are regular but never had problem but this time the spa jacuzzi wasnt working properly and thats the reason we

spa facilities are great, however i think it would be better if there was seperate spa facilities

due to covid, no proper breakfast and spa closed but that isn;t the hotel's fault

the receptionist wasn t very helpful when i asked if there was any nearby spa facilities and was told to
