location is good - gym is basic but good to have on site.

the gym didn't have air conditioning so it was pretty hot but besides that it was a great set up

the pool and spa was very clean

accommodating staff. the room was clean and comfortable. pool and spa were fabulous.

bit loud in hallways and also sad the hot tub was broken and the spa did not have a option to pay a fee to use

rooms, nice beds and pillows, everything worked, had soaps and shampoo, pool was good, balcony was great, not

the dryer in the laundry room was not working.

the bar was not open on a saturday night. no shuttle to and from the airport.

was very accommodating, overall my stay was wonderful, my kids are distance learning in hotel and wifi was fast

wish they had room service and a little larger menu

free wifi speed was good it is pretty close to the san-jose airport and all the iconic places in san

they do have a great gym and wonderful out pool and spa area

the pool was small and shallow and jammed with screaming kids which meant you couldn t actually swim

was as strike going on and as such things were not available, like room service, which made things annoying

no room service, car service, pool , food , nothing

nice layout, great location in downtown san jose, all amenities and rooms were top notch - gym and locker rooms

the pool is amazing and the lobby bar is a charm
