excellent spa facilities

the spa as always was so relaxing and the lovely lighting makes it feel very calming

location, staff were all very friendly and helpful, had a lovely breakfast and the spa was amazing

didn't like that there is no spa area

spa was really enjoyable

would be perfect if they recommissioned their spa and pool facilities - when i want these, i stay elsewhere

as always we enjoyed our stay and pet facilities are excellent.

all in the shower , loose toilet seats and if you stay in room 19 although they say you get free wifi , you

grand city centre hotel i picked it for the spa on the 6th floor which i got to enjoy by booking the thermal
