spa was not working

spa is colder than the pool

spa was full of sand, the ceiling on the 3rd floor was really low and i m a tall guy so not

the pool and hot tub or a little small

to the airport (leaves every hour), decent hot breakfast, spacious & well maintained rooms, gym & guest

stayed in a hyatt trio suite in phoenix too, this is a great suite for bigger families with older kids

a full size kitchen was a great way to relax and avoid the large holiday crowds

it didn't come with an oven and i paid for a full kitchen

satellite signal wasn't the best but wifi was excellent. pool area didnt have a hot tub.

lacking for anyting longer than a 2-3 day stay no room microwave - no shared microwave no spa

we loved the entertainment for kids (of all ages) in the lobby and pickleball.

no restaurants open, no gym open

the shopping center and golf were perfect

she didn't tell us the we need to call for using of gym, pool

breakfast was great, staff was nice and pool was clean. rooms are also clean and spacious.

the pool was heated to 86 degrees and was open until 10pm

clean, comfortable beds, heated pool, excellent breakfast and friendly staff

spa pool looked like it needed cleaning a funny colour so didn t use i found the bed really hard

appears rundown, sparse room furnishings, was situated across from storage, laundry room

satisfied with the breakfast choices

not managed well, no laundry service, loud guest yelling at 5am in the morning, horrible breakfast arrives was

staff were very nice, the room was clean, and the free breakfast was a nice touch, also a decent price, and a

spa tub took way too long to fill up

got engaged and me and my new fiance resided at this hotel we had a suite with a spa tub the room was nice and

the spa bath didn t work

loved the spa tub that was in the room and the lighting

did not like that my spa tub broke after i turned it on and was also making a loud sound from the jet's

the pool and spa were a bit cloudy.

pool and spa would have been nice.

wifi was better in that area than in our room

wifi didn't really work very well where we were

the pool was nice and warm, the jacuzzi was hot, and the free breakfast was a full real breakfast
