pool and spa would have been nice.

the pool and spa were a bit cloudy.

the hot tub, sauna, pool was our most favorite

needed a laundry bag. ac seemed to struggle

breakfast. big tv. fast wifi. fridge and microwave.

water in the spa was yellow and looked dirty

breakfast was at the hotel next door

laundry could be open 24/7

room & laundry appliances could do with an upgrade but were adequate during our stay

i am liking the breakfast too.

spa pool looked like it needed cleaning a funny colour so didn t use i found the bed really hard

95 for a cup of coffee from room service before i learned we could pick up pods daily from the front desk for

that we were able to hang out in the lobby and that there were outside activities for the kids

walls,doors and carpet were stained, it smelled like cigarettes even though it was a nonsmoking room and since

we had a two bedroom/bathroom suite, separated by lounge/kitchen area which was just pure luxury

for us it was ok but for people with young kids or the infirm the walk up the stairs with luggage could be

2 adults 3 kids 17, 13 and 11

for one of the most economical stays near lax offering breakfast from 6 and free shuttle or parking

the spa like bathroom and the staff was amazing!

they have a hh in the bar that i enjoyed

the gym and the spa/sauna was not operational and i was really looking forward for a massage.
