getting to the spa and other restaurants involved driving

i also booked this hotel because they claimed to have a spa but they do not

beautiful outside pool

like the lobby, the cafe & restaurants choices, gym and that they offer champagne upon guest arrival

the parking lot is getting pretty rough, needs paving

the indoor pool was too cold and the indoor spa was too hot

the pool/spa area was very clean and enjoyable.

we also went to the lake geneva safari (5 miles away) and that was super cool for the kids

also the pool hours aren’t long enough for adults traveling without kids

i like that it had a kitchenette abd fireplace

is close to park, lake, restaurants, shops, jetted spa tub and full kitchen

no wifi lost a lot of my work confrence meetings cause of the reception...

coffee bar not ready to serve on time but staff was very courteous about it

as we were on a road trip, the laundry facilities were much appreciated in the suite

christmas decorations were so beautiful. that spa area is amazing so happy & clean.

the lobby was really pretty i like that and the spa was fantastic

hot tub in pool area was small and always occupied by the same couple. not your fault.

enjoyed the water park and spa service

we found that when we turned it up to cool the entire space, it was too cold and night to sleep close to the

hallways smell funky as there are always laundry and cleaning carts in view

we had everything we needed in the kitchen

i was not able to enjoy the lazy river because there is no rules for the kids to act crazy which is up-setting

easily access the ski resort, the hotel amenities and pool, the timber, ridge waterpark, and the spa fitness

well spa massage, facial and manicure/pedicure excellent

it was a culture shock to some of the staff and the customers when my party and i entered the spa which made it

i checked in the room i was given didn't have a fireplace or spa tub , this bothered me so i took my ipad up to

the beds are super comfortable, spacious, complete kitchen and they have a washer / dryer

we stayed in a villa and it was lovely to be away from the main hotel and have our own space

food was amazing. spa was amazing. 'bed was amazing.

ability to use the spa facilities like the work out classes and gym and hot tub and sauna the whole trip; hiking

loved it all, the staff, the room, with a great harbor view, phenomenal food, outstanding spa services, great

jacuzzi were not working in the spa area pool where it matters the most

spa size of lofts size of bathtub view balcony restaurants pools water comfortable beds helpful

booked more for the spa and did not realize they were only open a couple days due to recent events going on, so

that i wasn t able to book a spa appointment

convenient to spa and golf course

the spa was nice

the lady that checked me in allowed me to use the sauna and pool to relax before i retired

the breakfast personnel did not keep up on the coffee

fitness center was locked when we were going to use it and not accessable with room key

has a pool and sauna, and small exercise room with brand new machines

doors from the parking lot say key is required to enter, but three of four entrances not locked
