pool area clean

breakfast was simple but good

the only thing i liked was that computer internet access was over cable not wifi.

no questionable people wandering around the parking lot

new breakfast area is very nice

the spa services were pricy and no availability

everything! the spa is amazing

jacuzzi were not working in the spa area pool where it matters the most

i also booked this hotel because they claimed to have a spa but they do not

clean room, restaurant, and bar on site, large indoor and outdoor pool.

the pool - the bar - staff - the bed was amazing - loved the shower and force of the warm water

i enjoyed a spa package at the spa that was very nice

booked more for the spa and did not realize they were only open a couple days due to recent events going on, so

the pool/spa area was very clean and enjoyable.

the indoor pool was too cold and the indoor spa was too hot

their rooms are a nice size with table top areas for eating or storing snacks, the little kitchenette is useful

the room was clean and requested a late check out

people were putting chairs inside the pool and parents were giving their kids snacks to eat inside the pool

christmas decorations were so beautiful. that spa area is amazing so happy & clean.

only single thing that i can think of is the pool temp

is close to park, lake, restaurants, shops, jetted spa tub and full kitchen

espresso bar is advertised as a specialty coffee bar when really the room keurig could have done

fully equipped kitchen and great location.

we found that when we turned it up to cool the entire space, it was too cold and night to sleep close to the

we had kids ages from 2-7 and all enjoyed just as much

overpriced snack bar (but that s par for the course at these type places.)

it was a culture shock to some of the staff and the customers when my party and i entered the spa which made it

i checked in the room i was given didn't have a fireplace or spa tub , this bothered me so i took my ipad up to

the beds are super comfortable, spacious, complete kitchen and they have a washer / dryer

ability to use the spa facilities like the work out classes and gym and hot tub and sauna the whole trip; hiking

we stayed in a villa and it was lovely to be away from the main hotel and have our own space

food was amazing. spa was amazing. 'bed was amazing.
