the spa was probably the best i have ever been to

we had a bali bungalow, and it was very spacious

bungalow is extremely beautiful and convenient for families ,comfortable beds , spa gym water park kids area

kids spa was excellent. some amenities weren't open as it was out of season but still good.

easy access to beach , golf, sports , spa , lot of activities, great village specially bali

spa /indoor pool very small for size of hotel...dining room crowded at times

a bit out of date and weathered interior - spa was poor

orange juice quality and the spa wasnt available

the water jets in the spa area have cured my bad back

weren't great, the food was cold and bland, also all the labels of the food were mixed up, the spa was closed

the spa area loved the hotel in general it's my second visit will definitely have to come in the summer

view and was delighted when i arrived and was told i had a free upgrade to the deluxe with the spa bath

isn t too large but has a great range of facilities, pool is never over crowded, spa facilities are excellent

my spa treatment was very relaxing

should be offered at least at the checking and also at the spa after treatments toiletries were not available

was very thankful for our room upgrade, also the spa was very well maintained and clean, the staff of it are

nothing, the gym was not open during our stay - but really it not effect our stay

sitting out side in the cold for drinks, not enough things to do , no one saying they had a gym to use
