the spa area was great, as well as the recreation area, bowling alley, arcade machines, totally fun

the spa is pleasant but basic and the pool is great for kids but not ideal for swimmers

room was not ready as we arrived early, however we were welcome to the spa to change and had our cases safely

bed was amazing and we had a room with the view of the canal, had an amazing spa and was private away from the

we headed down to the spa only to be told that you have to wear a swimming hat and flip flops which could be

the gym is small, and was not operational (no lights, tv off, no air con)

first they gave me corner room on the second floor and wifi was not working

i had a problem at wifi from the one of the corner room and they changed the room immediately
