room looked out onto the swimming pool & bar but was nit noisy

comfortable room, good wifi, clean bathroom with toiletries the staff at breakfast were charming and made lovely

smell in bathroom - breakfast could be warmer( hot option)

regarding the spa we tried to book in advance but is not allowed to book it unless you are at the hotel in

i now understand that this was attached to the spa so i get it but she had nowhere to swim

room was not ready as we arrived early, however we were welcome to the spa to change and had our cases safely

indoor pool or spa not open and outdoor pool was too cold because of time of year

think if a hotel advertises that it has a bar and a restaurant these should be open regardless of occupancy

rooms are spacious and perfect for families, the kids enjoyed the wifi, swimming pool and safe grounds to play

the bar and restaurant was not open.

lunch menu doesn't have any other option other than pizza for the kids

staff very attentive from reception to dinning room,and spa could not falt anything apart from may be tile
