professional staff, comfortable lodging, and great spa services.

the property is absolutely beautiful! we enjoyed the spa as well. great, relaxing getaway!

everything about this spa is pleasent, peaceful, clean, quiet and excellent food service.

i have stayed here once on a weekend and once during the week, and during the week the bar and restaurant close

our rooms were comfortable, spacious, quaintly mexican styled with a modern twist

annoyed that spa services were randomly unavailable

bedroom was comfy, some troubleshooting issues with tv and wifi but that was resolved

grounds were beautiful and totally fenced, so it was perfect for traveling with a pet

wifi not working in our room (eclipse), lack of soap in the bathroom (shampoo and body lotion only)

and, the jet spa tub would not turn on in room 3

said on the website they had room service, restaurant

liked the location because we had use of kitchen for ice, microwave and refrigerator to store our leftovers

we did not use the pool

wifi was very strong

pool area is a little bare and there is no hot tub but still good for kids if you have them

i liked that we could drink the tap water since it is filtered, and they have a nice gym and rooftop pool

room service people are not very friendly, they look at you weird

the rooms and breakfast were awesome
