comfortable, breakfast was lovely, everything you could need was available, i didn't use the spa but friends

staff were very helpful and friendly, was so relaxed there the spa was amazing

accommodated my request for a higher floor, everything was perfect and the rooms are stunning, spacious and

place with nice views from our front facing room the food was really nice and so was the spa would recommend to

com food is great value for money and spa facilities are a great bonus when staying at the

grand city centre hotel i picked it for the spa on the 6th floor which i got to enjoy by booking the thermal

location and spa even if we paid for it , maybe should be free for guests

the spa was a relaxing retreat and felt totally relaxed on the the heated beds and jacuzzi
