spa was a little walk from our room on a chilly oct evening

didn t use the pool or spa services so can t comment on those but overall a nice quiet cozy place

pool and spa were in excellent condition

absolutely love visiting eachbox inn and spa every labor day with our family and extended families

our room was very clean and warm, with a spacious bathroom

the marrowstone suite in particular was awesome with the fireplace and private hot tub

the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were large

spa was superb

they are currently in the middle of a remodel of the spa but you really could not tell

the minerals pools and the spa were amazing

really enjoyed the spa and the outdoor hot pools - a visit is included with a stay at the hotel.

distance to downtown and gym, sauna and showers were clean in the spa area

the staff was super nice and the spa was a great plus! room was clean and location was good.

loved having fresh towels down there and the couch to sit on was wonderful for parents watching kids

transportation is not convenient if you have limited mobility, or need to drag along kids or lots of luggage

sadly the pool was out of order when we visited but they were upgrading it so can't be helped!

key cards don't work well - either for the room itself or the parking garage door or ice machine/laundry room

friendly, location was excellent and could easily walk to attractions, room was decent and the kitchenette very

the pool and particularly the spa were not very clean, the door to the terrace was impossible to open, and when

gym is pretty small with a just a few cardio machines and some weights; the pool facilities needs

as we sat near the fireplace i noticed a mouse scramble underneath the table next to us

rooftop bar for sipping adult beverages during summer while sun lingers over water

very old gym equipment. mice in the lounge area !

could not use the breakfast because of the dress code, and the fact we had kids with us

not many family or kids around

oh the spa is amazing as well and the gardens will blow your mind

the flowers are fabulous. spa was nice. room was very nice and large.

i had a sports massage at the spa and it was excellent

the gym and spa area was way too nice. i spent way too much time enjoying it!!!

love the spa facilities, the courtyard coffee shop and that they are pet friendly.

-we are spa people and they had a lovely hot tub

location was good. we loved having the pool and spa to relax

family room was big with good kitchenate. spa and pool are nice but bit small. breakfest is good

scones are not breakfast for kids and there were no coffee served

loved the champagne and cookies at check in. the breakfast was wonderful

tv and wifi did not function so we were given a much better second room

the wifi signal was good but we kept losing the connection.

wifi was sporadic and so was the tv.

i wish i had time to try the spa or massage rooms

you get a discount on the spa and the tea house if you are staying here

we are definitely coming back to check out the spa

for a little relaxation time, but i was really able to do it because the check in time is @4 and spa closes @

on the property, there is a brunch mexican restaurant, a spa with fantastic massages, a bike rental shop, and

spa cleaning in the washroom.

we stayed at the parkside spa hotel before the coast hotel and the latter suffered by comparison

the fact they offered room service was not advertised

wifi - it cuts out constantly

fantastic location right by the ocean & free shuttle to downtown

spending an extra night would have given us more time to enjoy the pool and spa facilities

bay resort & spa is fabulous, our stay had everything that we needed (view, service, amenities, pool, bear,

spa tub really hit the spot.

had a spa treatment and was very disappointed because i could hear people talking and laughing throughout

pool & spa small but very clean & windows let in morning sun

had a kitchenette but there was no stove top burner or pots and pans not a can opener

the pool, the spa, the sauna and the steamer were perfect

or a chair no complimentary breakfast : hotels with pools are usually booked by families with kids

so our kids had to come over to our room to use the restroom

had spa day, dinner at jacks, pool, hottub time later

the property was succesful at promoting the rest of their brand, such as the amazing amatista spa products in

the amatista spa (amatista signature treatment i highly recommend) is for her to get a break from busy life

beautiful property in nature, excellent restaurant and service and fabulous spa facilities

spa treatment was the best!!!
