extra care of making chicken noodle soup for the guests, and 24 hour pool and spa for adults after 10:pm

easy access to town. clean pool and nice sized rooms

breakfast is not good at all/ everything is sweet and not healthy

wifi wasn't working and the room smelled a little funky so i just sprayed the room with air

i really missed the full breakfast buffet but the price this year made up for the difference

we booked little worried since other locations were dirty, no breakfast, hair in bed, torn towels, but holiday

we enjoyed the pool, whirlpool and spa very much

we loved our room and the wonderful spa tub

breakfast had great selection. spa tub extremely relaxing.

fruit pancakes cereals , great selection and could eat in the breakfast room also enjoyed the spa and pool

would like to appreciated all the staff in the spe special melissa chafkar the director of spa and the two

my only critique was that it was not clear that tip was already included on room service when i paid online so

have a great indoor swimming pool and hot tub on the 19th floor and an excellent restaurant on the 20th

they have a lovely indoor pool & jacuzzi and a large fitness center on the 19th floor

the room was a decent size and the pool area was cool, but hot tub wasn t working

they charge too much for parking. also they advertise a pool and spa which they do not have

it was clean and had food in the lower level... bar etc

i liked that they have a sister hotel with a pool.

the swanky feel, the beds are comfortable, the spa is wonderful and the staff are very friendly

the pool and spa but it closes at 9pm and is very busy with children

they have their amenities located there such as the gym(which i used every morning of my stay) the pool and a

great pool with a video arcade for kids

only complaint came from my kids that there was no hot cocoa breakfast

there was every convenience & luxury you could want - pool & hot tubs, fitness room, room service, a wine &

my kids keep saying they want to stay there again

pet bed w/ water and feeding bowls was awesome! cocktails, snacks and breakfast was fantastic!
