our room was the best with the bunk beds, each kid had their own space and it felt like i had the room to myself

there is a discount if you stay at the kex for a spa nearby and that was so great too

it's a somewhat gritty area, but lots of bars and restaurants in the area - nearby my favorite spa 'knot springs

they have a hopping bar and the best guinness outside of ireland

i didn t go to the rooftop bar but it looked really nice

early check in fee, even though their check in is at 4:00pm

location and no gym

room service was really good

my kids keep saying they want to stay there again

also loved that it was pet friendly

would like to appreciated all the staff in the spe special melissa chafkar the director of spa and the two

the gym and pool are absolutely breathtaking

the room was a decent size and the pool area was cool, but hot tub wasn t working

they charge too much for parking. also they advertise a pool and spa which they do not have

quiet rooms except for the adjoining room, i had very loud, screaming young kids next to mine and it made it

restaurant had limited options in food and liquor, plus, no room service.

i wish it had a pool.

but for me, having my own little spa day- enjoying nicer snacks in my robe after a steam room would be great

the spa was spacious with a huge steam room and

the swanky feel, the beds are comfortable, the spa is wonderful and the staff are very friendly

the pool and spa but it closes at 9pm and is very busy with children

a wonderful gym and swimming pool in the basement

we enjoyed the pool/spa and a wonderful complimentary breakfast with tons of options

breakfast was nice. pool was popular. start/timer button hot tub spa was not working.

pool/spa facility is an additional cost - when i paid, i assumed that the high price was to do with spa
