the spa was supposed to be open from 16, but it was not

to this hotel during coronavirus so a lot of the facilities including indoor pool, gym and spa were not available

for half an hour the big groups got president over couples and small family groups there was so spa or inside

a terrance and got a balcony and was given the wrong information from a member of staff from the spa which

spa overpriced

room was lovely and clean and the pool was excellent as was the poolside entertainment

also we had problems with the room service because we had to complain to have our room done

also the use of the spa & gym at 10 euros per hour was expensive so i didn't use either

a 4 star hotel i would have expected the spa to have been included

spa - nice and clean, but smal, it's good that they require reservations and allow max 10 people
