the pool is large and the spa was popular and the breakfast was a nice addition
we booked because it advertised a spa when we got there there was no spa.

we enjoyed the pool/spa and a wonderful complimentary breakfast with tons of options
breakfast was nice. pool was popular. start/timer button hot tub spa was not working.
it was clean the beds are comfortable and my son had a blast in there pool
our room was clean and a good size for 2 adults and 2 kids
granola bar yogert sack breakfast couldn't got the paid wifi to work

the swanky feel, the beds are comfortable, the spa is wonderful and the staff are very friendly
but for me, having my own little spa day- enjoying nicer snacks in my robe after a steam room would be great
the spa was spacious with a huge steam room and
the pool and spa but it closes at 9pm and is very busy with children
only thing wrong with the stay was room service breakfast

it's a somewhat gritty area, but lots of bars and restaurants in the area - nearby my favorite spa 'knot springs
our room was the best with the bunk beds, each kid had their own space and it felt like i had the room to myself
there is a discount if you stay at the kex for a spa nearby and that was so great too
the exterior is really nice, staff very friendly and great bar opened till midnight!

they charge too much for parking. also they advertise a pool and spa which they do not have

no pool; no laundry facilities
not a family hotel, no pool. this place is for business travelers.

son loved the pool area, and i was impressed m y the new gym
late check out would be charged
there was guest laundry facilities and the front desk has quarters
the managers reception was excellent and you couldn't ask for a better breakfast to start your day
