good location. decent beds. clean. helpful staff. good sized pool.

we thought it was expensive for the location, and the room without a kitchen

could of been better , checked out after one night , no hot water , no wifi in room , paid for two nights , left

they don't have a gym as advertised.

one night we asked the receptionist if we could bring our own tequila and drink it by the pool

of the jets in the adult hot tub/spa were not working

were unable to charge services from spa to the room

blanca, karla and jackie at the spa were awesome

wifi is not free of charge

because of covid there were less chairs around the pool

at buffet was bad i even got sick after eating for 2 days and i had requested a spa for 2 and never got a text

i walked in to what i thought was the spa on the second floor and it looked disgusting

room with a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean

is a great place to stay with family as there are a lot of kids activities
