were unable to charge services from spa to the room

blanca, karla and jackie at the spa were awesome

of the jets in the adult hot tub/spa were not working

i loved all the pools, the restaurants and how large the property was. the gym was nice too.

they have a different level of service the color of your bracelet will determine top shelf or room service etc

at buffet was bad i even got sick after eating for 2 days and i had requested a spa for 2 and never got a text

i walked in to what i thought was the spa on the second floor and it looked disgusting

the pool area was great and i especially loved that they had a little kids pool

is a great place to stay with family as there are a lot of kids activities

they don't have a gym as advertised.

we ordered some french fries when we were by the pool and after half an hour of waiting had to remind them of

well maintained swimming pool

wifi is awful everywhere, you can t use any kind of services from your room
