spacious room, spotlessly clean and comfortable, bath or really good shower, plenty of hot water,

are a group of 5 ladies who came to chester for a day at the christmas markets, a spa afternoon and then a meal

enjoyed the chester town and sunday carnival also day at chester zoo my wife enjoyed the spa facilities and

the spa experience was just what we needed and the evening meal was lovely

friendly staff, particularly in the spa area, we had two young babies, they were extremely helpfull

spa had no hot water when we visited, but they were waiting for it to be fixed

wonderfull thanks to the reception team for recommendations, great breakfast as always and the spa facilities

had an accessible room which was close to both the reception and the spa

that this affected us in any way but we didn't find out until arrival at the hotel, that the spa was closed

sauna was out of order on the sunday and monday and the spa pool was out of order on the monday

second visit here lovely stay and spa facilities are a bonus
