spa was wonderful

on arrival, everything about the hotel, its garden and pool, exceeded our requirements

super clean, excellent staff, great breakfast.

breakfast had good choice. location in quieter area of town which suited us well.

the gardens were exceptional, the room was very big and spacious. breakfast was excellent.

name on booking.com does not match name of hotel. profile says there is a spa - there is not.

pandemic time with less attendance, we were given the standard room for one, surrounding many kids next to us

we had fun at the casino right next door however

no such thing as a wellness spa on the site

hotels doesn't say the truth about the facilities : there are no spa facilities, no television, gym room is not

there is no gym, just a weight bench and a few free weights

breakfast was just regular (due to covid-19 regulations). wifi was poor.

we thought we were in for a spa day, but there was only one outdoors pool and then the tiny jacuzzi inside of

excellent service, wonderful hearty varied breakfasts, clean spacious rooms, shower, hair dryer, coffee maker

everyone was very helpful! btw the spa downstairs had a great masseuse!

here before but have not used the spa services including the nail salon which i highly recomend

we loved having a tub in the room and enjoying the spa and huge swimming pool outside

elevator is a bit small and cramped. and included breakfast was just ok.

only wish pool had been open before 8 am.
