thanks for ruining the stay for our kids during one of the rare occasions a middle-class family like ours could

room service staff, they knocked on the door of my room 3 times in half an hour, i told them i have

i had to use their room service at all times as i had used this facility for my 14 day quarantine and i was

only complaint is that the facilities were off limits (gym, pool, dine in etc

when needed extra pillows, blankets they came immediately breakfast was excellent and the kitchen/dining room

gym was small and i found the charge of $28 + tax for parking unreasonable

pool was a nice bonus

so i arrange an extension to channel (one of the staff) for late check out

loved that there was a pool / spa for customers to use, very much appreciated after a long day of travelling

to covid pandemic, restaurant was closed, spa was closed and min market was really bare of essentials

tub was leaking through the light fixture from the hotel room above - so we couldn t use the spa tub our last

pillows were flimsy (worn out feeling). spa tub looked a lot bigger in picture than reality.

always use this hotel each time i visit canada to see my kids studying, i like that it s in close proximity

that the room service closed early and wasn't allowed to bring a drink from the bar to my room
