service number constantly stated that no one was available to take the call we went to use the spa facilities

months before our stay that the ibis was overbooked and we had been reallocated to the mercure spa hotel across

the hotel has pool, spa etc

wifi did not work most of the time and when it did my husbands and i instagram account was hacked

room service, the housekeeper didn't do a good job, our room still had the used towels on the floor

good size room comfortable bed spa was lovely

the are good and welcoming, the spa area are good

i didn t use the facilities such as the spa so cannot comment on that

room was spacious, comfortable and we could adjust the temperature to our preference

this time i had a chance to visit the queens hotel&spa

i recommend, if you have time to visit the spa and pool with it's unique victorian architecture

you can book the spa for an hour for

i literally love everything about this hotel. the only they need is a jacuzzi in the spa area.
