picked this hotel as i wanted one with spa access

unfortunately the spa and pool are not open until 5 pm during the week, the pool was a little

hotel, huge room, bathroom with separate shower and spa bath with shower over

the spa bath had not been used/ cleaned & so a lot of dirt came out of it

we did not have breakfast here, but dinner was quite good

t provided with double bed though booked limited bathroom toiletries no bar fridge or coffee tea making

also no bar fridge or coffee or tea making kettle

the breakfast was very industrial although not expensive

not usual stay. from parking place you will enter your room. room was clean and cozy

never stayed in the type of hotel where entrance to the room is via parking space (garage) but it provides

safe parking, close to village for eating, an alternative place to stay, ok for 1 night to stay

the breakfast consisted on a reduced bouffet but with really tasty options

no staff, no spa facility, no room service, no help with suitcases, no introduction to property

service bad and spa sauna closed all weekend

our real problem, though, was that the wifi was down most of the time in our room

both wifi options wouldn't connect. something to do with being next to the police headquarters?!

every aspect the hotel was excellent, from the staff to the rooftop pool

nicely located hotel with a very service oriented staff and good spa facilities

the breakfast was delicious, the spa was a wonderful place to relax, and the location is perfect for exploring

wanted laundry doing, but with only staying one night was told it wasn't possible.

very clean, good bed, nice bed sheets. wifi fine. bit outdated, but very good value for money.
