is absolutely fabulous, staff amazing and cant rate spa area highly enough

having the spa and pool is a lovely option after a day exploring the lakes

reflection, a little overpriced in comparison to similar properties close by considering langdale spa access is

wifi didn t reach our upstairs room, improving this would be our only recommendation as

cosy bar with wide choice of drinks

driving and parking was tight (as it is in the lakes) but we had an absolutely wonderful time

breakfast was excellent and the food in the restaurant superb and hence good value

we were given information about the spa area and the restaurant

they have a well used spa and pool but we didn't use them

room and spa facilities were excellent.

spa and pool area was quite slippery, and the chlorine in the pool was a bit intense

no hair conditioner in the room - had to buy conditioner at the spa after showering there.

lovely location , great spa and staff were amazing

we utilised the spa facilities which again were very clean and tidy

ours have already booked in this weekend and we ll definitely be back with our large family and kids

the wifi signal was not very strong in the room

one member of staff toilet was broken no security no information on breakfast time or check in no wifi code too

very welcoming and very nicely decorated. excellent spa facilities

i feel we did pay for full services although spa was not open

spa facility, especially the jacuzzi (although the sauna was a little on the cool side)

when you walked in the decor was beautiful and it had a spa feel

the fact that you have to prebook the spa and this is not mentioned

the sauna very small and packed that evening so we didnt really make use of the spa facilities which is

we only stayed one night so for a longer stay a swimming pool and spa area would be ideal.

only things that require slight improvement are the spa facilities that are beginning to look a little dated

and location ( also the improvement like the bedrooms are looking great and hopefully the spa area will follow
