the spa was closed when we stayed

the so called spa (a little sauna next to the gym) is way below acceptable standards

the middle of madrid, we actually enjoyed being close enough to enjoy madrid but also having the pool and space

front desk staff; our waiter in the restaurant was great; nice rooms; shuttle to airport went smoothly

too much to do for the reception staff ( 1 most of the time) who had to serve on the bar as well
