hyatt resort and spa had beautiful views everywhere

pretty place, great staff, great spa treatments

also, signage to the spa was lacking and i ended up walking around in circles and was 20 minutes late for appt

for family with kids to stay there, clean rooms, friendly and attentive staff, beautiful swimming pool area,

amazing place for the kids and now that they re grown up a bit, it still has everything

the pool was under construction so that was a bummer

pool and grounds were outstanding while the room left a bit to be desired

the pool is fantastic and clean and the pool bar has a decent happy hour daily

property, friendly service in hotel/residence and pool/cabana/beach areas

their spa is amazing with great service

i did utilize the spa two different days and would rate it 3/5 stars

especially liked the hot water spa in the afternoon and evenings in the adult pool area

sheraton up the beach, with signing privilidges as well there are water sports, whale watching, spa services,

the brekfast and spa area

i never saw the spa open

the spa service we booked got flipped from a couples massage we booked months earlier to our needing to

breakfast buffet way over priced.

great pool. splurge for the cabana. the japanese steakhouse was awesome.

the property was older but so clean and on a grorgeoys beach across from a golf

small kitchen not really adequate for dinners but fine for bkfst, lunch

beautiful beach. large bungalow that easily accommodated 4 adults and 2 kids.

both the swimming pools and beach had plenty of space and we really enjoyed the hot tub at night

spa bookings could be more interactive

spa was outstanding and price point very reasonable

also of note is the outstanding spa located in the main building

the bar closes at 9:30 or 10, but that didn't bother us at all

no formal bar

we loved the breakfast buffet and the kids pool area, definitely key point in our stay!

we were able to walk everywhere with the kids

to covid a lot of facilities like gym were not available

got a fine room with a kitchen and a nice courtyard (and partial ocean) view in ka'anapali resort at the last

the shuttle service to shopping areas was a nice bonus

the suites are spacious, the kitchens easy to use with many supplies available, and the beds very comfortable

rooms are huge and have everything i need for a nice/quick breakfast without having to spend a lot on restaurants

spacious, bbq grills, large pool with two jacuzzis and slide, right on the ocean - with a smaller kitchen in

small kitchen is nice

facilities, 2 hot tubs, laundry facilities on each floor, spacious rooms, family activities offered in activity

the pool and spa were really nice made the stay here worth it
