spa was a phenomenal experience as it is small and private with all the special amenities

luxury service and amenities. phenomenal beds and spa services

& spa temperature could have been lower, breakfast buffet could have been richer, food variety could

the guest concierge took great care of us as did the spa staff. overall great experience

property could use some updates around the pool and feels labyrinthian at times, the food on site needs more

beach side cafe was reasonably priced and offered kids menu

the suites are spacious, the kitchens easy to use with many supplies available, and the beds very comfortable

pool for kids and adults, also nice small hot pool

instead i got a view of the defunct miniature golf course and an employee parking that was better than a space

the pool and jacuzzi. the room was fantastic and large with a stunning view. beautiful hotel.

big bathroom, free laundry on every floor

the shuttle service to shopping areas was a nice bonus

also of note is the outstanding spa located in the main building

both the swimming pools and beach had plenty of space and we really enjoyed the hot tub at night

the spa service we booked got flipped from a couples massage we booked months earlier to our needing to

their spa is amazing with great service

especially liked the hot water spa in the afternoon and evenings in the adult pool area

recently stayed at the westin maui resort & spa for five nights and had an excellent time with my fiance

i did utilize the spa two different days and would rate it 3/5 stars

the pool area was so much fun and the stars were all super friendly and helpful

amazing place for the kids and now that they’re grown up a bit, it still has everything

we love sitting by the pool facing the ocean and just listening to the waves crash in

village within walking distance with all the shops and restaurants, snorkeling at black rock, the pool at the

their warm aloha with their cordial greetings and helpful assistance, including providing suv or golf cart

and tire easily while carrying our heavy bags to and from our room when we are walking to the pool area, lobby

hyatt resort and spa had beautiful views everywhere

pretty place, great staff, great spa treatments

also, signage to the spa was lacking and i ended up walking around in circles and was 20 minutes late for appt

pool with cascades - swan garden - gym with peloton bikes - japengo restaurant - spa - luau - washing machines

the hotel and grounds were very nice, kids loved the penguins and birds

the staff was far beyond my expectations. spa services were fantastic.

spa facilities do not match hotel rooms

or televisions which is not a really big deal because the air is cool at night and they have wifi if you need
